Independent Living Skills Project


Housing NSW, DADHC and UnitingCare Supported Living have formed a partnership. Under this partnership low-level support is provided to help indivuals move into a Housing NSW property and live independently. Individuals must be eligible for public housing assistance.

Limited vacancies are available to assist people:

  • who are aged over 18;
  • who have a mild disability;
  • whose family or guardian/carer has limited potential to continue to provide accommodation and support;
  • who have the capacity to live independently after being given up to 6 months low-level support;
  • who want to live in the Bankstown, Fairfield or Liverpool areas.
