Pastoral Care

UnitingCare Disability recognises that people have a range of needs and that some of their needs can be assisted through listening, pastoral conversation, advocacy, and liturgical services, and it makes these services available to its staff, clients and their families through its chaplain.

The UnitingCare Disability Chaplain is available to provide advice, support and direct assistance to Uniting Church Ministers, Presbytrys and church groups in relation to disability issues such as access and advocacy. The Chaplain is available for speaking/preaching engagements and regularly conducts church services inclusive of people with a disability.
